Customer support. A real point of contact.

Beat It is developed by David van den Pol. For help with the app, account access, purchases or a privacy request, email david@webwrk.nl.

Include your app version, iOS version and a short description of the problem. For an account issue, tell us whether you use Apple or Google sign-in. Do not send passwords, verification codes, payment-card details or medical records.

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Deleting the app, signing out or deleting a Beat It account does not cancel an App Store subscription. Manage your Apple subscriptions or request a refund from Apple.

Before you ask.

Which devices can I use?

The current iPhone app requires iOS 26 or later. This website does not offer an Android or browser version of the app.

Does Beat It connect to Apple Health?

The current release does not import or export Apple Health data. Its workout history is based on what you enter in Beat It.

How can I get a copy of my data?

Email david@webwrk.nl to request access or a portable copy where applicable. We may verify account ownership. The current release does not have an in-app “Export Data” button.

How do I restore a purchase?

Open Settings in Beat It and choose Restore purchases. Use the Apple Account that made the purchase. Restoration depends on the product and Apple’s purchase records. If access is not restored, contact support.

Can I turn off notifications or analytics?

Yes. Manage notification permission in iPhone Settings for Beat It. When optional analytics is available, its switch is in Beat It’s Settings → Account and data. Turning off analytics stops future optional collection; it does not itself delete previously processed events.

How do I delete my account?

In Beat It, open Settings → Account and data → Delete account. Read the confirmation and subscription warning, then confirm. Apple users may be asked to sign in again. Read the full deletion instructions.
